Perry Barber's practice focuses on appellate litigation, public policy issues, and complex civil and criminal matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barber served as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary and then as Senior Counsel to the Intellectual Property Subcommittee. He advised Senator Orrin G. Hatch on bankruptcy, immigration, bioterrorism, data security, property rights, and legal reform issues. Mr. Barber is a graduate of the University of Texas Plan II Honors Program, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Texas School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
